POSIPIX Images for Directory Information Services

Both online and telephone based Directory Services (DQ) can easily integrate POSIPIX street images
into their existing systems. Users requesting information such as addresses and directions can now be
presented with images showing what the actual street looks like.

As well as providing a differentiated service, POSIPIX images can also deliver a new revenue stream as
further services can be offered to the user at the point of inquiry:

• For mobile users an image of the address can be sent to their phone, providing visual confirmation of the address.

• Web based users can be given the option to save images to their PC or PDA for subsequent use, or receive an email with the image attached.

• Text such as address details or even advertising promotions can be overlaid onto the image.
